How long until my site is live?
Seven days after you approve the preview, as long as we have your photos and details.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. There's a three-month minimum, then you can cancel any month. Paying yearly gets you two months free.
What happens if I leave?
Your domain, your site content and your client list belong to you. We transfer everything.
I already use Fresha, Booksy or Square. Can I keep it?
Yes. You keep your booking tool and your clients' habits. We build the shop window around it, with a booking button on every page.
Can you guarantee first place on Google?
No one honestly can. What we do is keep your profile active and grow your reviews, which is what moves you up in local search over a few weeks to a few months.

How we handle your information.
Last updated: October 10, 2026. Short version: we only collect what we need to prepare your preview and run your website, we never sell it, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.
Who we are
416 ("we", "us") builds and runs websites for local businesses in Toronto. We are based in North York, Ontario. Contact for any privacy question: contact@416sites.com, (437) 216-3769.
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), which applies to businesses in Ontario.
What we collect
- When you request a free preview: your name, business name, type of business, phone number and current website, if you share it.
- When you write, call or text us: your contact details and the content of your messages.
- When you become a client: billing contact details and the information needed to build and run your site (business details, photos, hours, services, logins to the tools you ask us to manage).
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add visitor statistics later, we will update this page first.
Why we use it
- To prepare your preview and contact you about it.
- To build, host and maintain your website and the services in your plan.
- To send invoices, receipts and your monthly report.
- To meet our legal and tax obligations.
We will only send you promotional emails or texts if you agree to receive them, and every message includes a way to unsubscribe, as required by Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers we need to run our business, such as our website host, form and email tools, text message provider and payment processor. They may store data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to local authorities under their laws. We choose providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to ours.
Your clients' information
For some services, such as missed-call texts, review requests, bookings or reminders, we handle information about our clients' own customers. In that case we act only on our client's instructions and use that information for nothing else. Our client remains responsible for it, and we help them display their own privacy policy on their website.
How long we keep it
Preview requests that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Client information is kept for as long as we work together, then for the period required by tax law (generally six years for business records in Canada), and deleted after that. When a client leaves, we hand over their website, domain and customer list, and delete our copies.
How we protect it
Access is limited to the three people who run 416, each with their own password and two-step verification where available. We use encrypted connections and reputable providers. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm, we will tell you and report it as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw your consent and have it deleted, unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to contact@416sites.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
